We send all our orders via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of recieving payment (providing it is a working day) Royal Mail deliver parcels within 3 to 5 days.
For orders under £20, delivery will cost £4. For orders of £20 or more, delivery will be free
Under the distance selling regulations, you have a ‘cooling off’ period of 7 days after receiving your goods in which to inform us that you wish to return them. In such an event, we will refund you the cost of your goods, but NOT any delivery charges. You will also be required to pay the postage to return the goods to us.
Any damaged goods will, of course, be refunded or replaced by us, as stated in your statutory rights.
